1850S COMPRESSOR SET UP GUIDE
DO NOT plug your compressor into electrical outlet, or turn on, until steps 1 thru 3 are completed!

1- Remove shipping oil plug from oil fill tube |
2- Fill entire contents of oil bottle into Oil fill tube. Use supplied funnel that will screw onto end of oil bottle. The amount of oil in supplied bottle will fill oil to level spot on site glass. |

Install Oil Air Filter into tube. DO NOT install shipping plug. |
4- ON/OFF Switch is located on top of electrical box as pictured. Pull up for on, push down for off. Pull regulator knob up to unlock, and turn clockwise to increase air pressure to job. Air pressure may be turned completely off for shipping, turn knob completely clockwise to open air flow before starting up. Then adjust air pressure for applied usage. |

| Shut Off valve is
pictured in the closed position. Turn to open air flow. The shut off valve comes with 1/4" NPT threads. Do not try to attach airlines that have metric threads to these threads. Use the proper adapter. |
