Guarantee & Warranty....All items are 100%
fully guaranteed, and will be repaired or replaced through Galaxy Airbrush
Manufacturing at no charge if found defective due to workmanship or materials
for length of stated warranty. Purchaser must contact Galaxy Airbrush
Manufacturing for a Return Authorization # for all repairs and warranty issues.
This will ensure when Galaxy Airbrush Manufacturing receives the item back, we
will have on record your shipping information, contact information, and what
problem the return product may have. For any and all warranty issues, purchaser
must return item to Galaxy Airbrush Manufacturing, shipping pre-paid. We suggest
insuring item, with tracking number or proof of delivery, as any damaged,
stolen, or lost items are not the responsibility of Galaxy Airbrush
Manufacturing, until receipt of return is accepted by Galaxy Airbrush
Manufacturing without shipping damage. Galaxy Airbrush Manufacturing, unlike
many merchants, will pay for the re-shipping back to customer, after repair or
replacement has been made. This applies to US Customers only. International
customers are responsible for all warranty shipping charges. In the rare event that the shipping carrier damages
the product in transit, contact Galaxy Airbrush Manufacturing immediately to
file a claim. Once Galaxy Airbrush Manufacturing verifies the the claim with carrier, and
carrier has picked up equipment, Galaxy Airbrush Manufacturing will re-send the
items, or refund customer, depending on availability of items purchased.
Refunds Exchanges....Galaxy
Airbrush Manufacturing will refund the full purchase price of any returned items
less a 15% re-stocking charge. All returns for money refunds must be received
back to Galaxy Airbrush Manufacturing within 30 days of of original purchase.
This applies to new, unused items. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Airbrushes, Compressors, paints, etc., which have been used, can not be returned
for money refunds. If the used item is defective do to a defect in product, the
item will be repaired free of charge.
Sale items
after Purchase.....In the event a purchased
item goes on sale within 3 business days of customers purchase, Galaxy Airbrush
will issue the purchaser a merchandise credit for the difference in pricing if
Galaxy Airbrush is notified by the buyer within 7 business days of original
purchase requesting the merchandise credit. There will be no exceptions to this
rule.
